New customers – We ask our new guests to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your first appointment. This will include a complimentary consultation.
We insist on carrying out a skin test at least 48 hours before your first colour appointment – which we update every 6 months.
Cancellations – Please read our Cancellation policy.
We also charge a £1.00 voluntary fee which goes towards Green Salon Collective.
